  On 27 May 2019 at approximately 4:30pm, I arrived with my family looking to enjoy some of the tasty offerings. We decided to park and walk up to the window. While parking I noticed only one vehicle at the drive-up window and a family of five at one of the walk-up windows. As we approached the other walk-up window, we were greeted by an employee that was inside. Then is employee closed the window and walked away without explanation. Another employee inside was steady filling the orders of the family that was at the other walk-up window. I was also able to see a different employee was filling the order of the vehicle at the drive-up window. Another customer arrived and was standing in line behind us. I noticed the vehicle at the drive-up window received their order and drove off. All the while we are still standing there at the window ready to order. I then notice another vehicle approached the window and their order was being taken. This vehicle arrived several minutes after we arrived. Once the family of five received their order they left the window and the employee that was helping them looked out the window at my family and then to the lady standing in line behind us. The employee greeted the lady and asked if she was ready to order. At this point we were shocked and in awe of how we were ignored, so we made the decision to take our patronage elsewhere. It will be very difficult for us to visit this location until I have been assured the employees have been provided the proper training in how to treat customers. As a small business owner in the local area, I know the importance of maintaining a positive relation with my customers and proper training for any employees that interact with customers. TLDR; Arrived with family, waited to place order, customers arriving after us were able to place their order while we were waiting and ignored. We left with out a word being said, and took our business elsewhere.

  I am mainly giving 5 stars not only because of the ice-cream, but because of the service. And not just directly towards us, but for a very rude and inconsiderate customer. My boyfriend and I came to this location on May 5th around 8:15-:8:30 pm. The worker taking everyones order had to deal with the most obnoxious and probably intoxicated customer. My boyfriend and I, along with 4 other customers behind us, had to wait on this woman while she was on the phone who we thought was her son (just how the way she was talking to him) but actually her husband to decide on what to order. She was also with a group of other folks, who were also holding up the line. When the worker called out their orders, they did not pay attention but stood aside laughing and chatting away. The worker was a young man who showed GREAT patience and was also nice and respectful to the middle aged lady. Wish we got his name, because he definitely deserves a raise if he has to constantly deal with her nonsense behavior. :)

  Great service and above all, amazing ice cream! Definitely recommend this plsce if you enjoy ice cream. The only thing I dislike is the short drive through which makes everything get caught up with people trying to park.

  Always good but icecream was a little soft like it wasn't as cold as it should be.

  The young employees here are so nice and friendly. I've never had a problem with this location
